That responsibility I want to take seriously has importance for attempting to help even just one person feel better or become more knowledgeable about these wonderfully not-so-friendly life companions we call COPD and/or Asthma.
Today with the help of CrossDove Writer, the facebook group page ‘COPD Travels’ and this writing we call ‘wheezingaway.com’ I want to share in a two-part set of pictures of several of those things in our travels that we call ‘causes’ of irritation for our individual battles with COPD and/or Asthma.
Reason for this two-part set of ‘causes’ in pictures is that not only do those of us that fight the battles with COPD and/or Asthma, but those around us need those reminders of what we need to watch for, beware of and many times work at avoiding in order to stay as healthy as possible.
Today we start with reminder picture # 1: Smoking which obviously is never good for a person’s lungs and ability to breath over a full lifetime.
Reminder picture # 2:
Perfumes/Colognes, an item that many folks just automatically put on before heading out for the day and not always thinking or aware of how the aroma may be harmful to others.
Reminder picture # 3:
Aerosol sprays of nearly any kind.
There we have the first set of reminder pictures to the possible causes of turbulence in the breathing life of anyone battling COPD and/or Asthma.
While waiting for the second set of reminder pictures take a few moments and think of the first set and how often you may be directly affected by any of these causes of breathing turbulence within your personal battle with COPD and/or Asthma.
As always – if you or anyone you know have any symptoms involving lung and breathing functionality, and they linger over and over while disrupting a lifestyle – then please ask questions and get it checked out.
Remember that without breathing a person is without life itself.
With that I bid to all – smiles, prayers, blessings and steady breathing – Mr. William.
