cropped-health-breathe-002.jpg For me writing sometimes is a great relief to the ongoing frustrations that I seem to battle often when I battle my health companion ‘Lenny’ (COPD/Asthma).

Many times I will find myself wandering through ideas in my head while looking at ways to bring those issues with breathing a step closer to being more of just a companion than an irritating sidekick.

So compared to many of my postings/writings about my travels with ‘Lenny’ (COPD/Asthma) this particular one will just short, thoughtful and from a compilation of the mind and the heart.

Here I present another side of my writing with a couple of short ‘Haiku’s’ (a style of poetry) giving a quick perspective of live with COPD/Asthma.

Enjoy folks.

Haiku #1 – –

“MY LIFE with COPD” (@2015, CrossDove Writer)

My Life means Chronic

Obstuctive Pulmonary

Disease of Breathing.

Haiku #2 – –

“Breathe” (@2015, CrossDove Writer)

You breathe in and out

Oxygen gives us all life

You breathe in and out.

As always – if you or anyone you know have any symptoms involving lung and breathing functionality, and they linger over and over while disrupting a lifestyle – then please ask questions and get it checked out.

Remember – a person without breathing is a person without life itself.

As always I bid to all – smiles, prayers, blessings and steady breathing – Mr. William.
