Your Answer Is – A COPD/Asthma Weekly Survey

Standard

Health--COPD--TheTrickIsToKeepBreathing While being willing to share with others the path which I am traveling in my battle with COPD/Asthma I many times wonder how others are doing in their own battles with COPD and/or Asthma.

With the help of this social media stuff I want to begin a new weekly post which hopefully will and should bring more of us together in our battles with these two sometimes very uncooperative breathing diseases.

Those who have followed my writing through wheezingaway.com and the Facebook page ‘COPD Travels’ know that with the help of CrossDove Writer I like to cover various aspects of both COPD and/or Asthma and most of the time I have tried to end any writings with a question.  Normally the question had something to do with what I had written, sometimes it did not – but now we are changing things up, hopefully in a way to be more helpful for others with COPD and/or Asthma.

We are starting a posting we will call ‘Your Answer Is – A COPD/Asthma Weekly Survey’ which basically will be a question for readers and others with COPD and/or Asthma to respond too and those responses will be kept completely confidential.

This question/survey idea will be posted sometime Friday evening (like it is right now) and through the weekend we will track the answers and on the following Tuesday will present the answers (with no names ever attached) in a posting which we will call ‘Your Answer Was – A COPD/Asthma Response’.

So tonight for our initial ‘Your Answer Is’ the question will be:

What is the best form of exercise you find that works for you without causing stress or problems with your COPD/Asthma?

We look forward to the variety of answers we may get and do request that if possible consider leaving your response in the comment section of wheezingaway.com although we will include any answers left on a facebook posting.

Until we share ‘Your Answer Was’ on Tuesday, thanx.

As always – if you or anyone you know have any symptoms involving lung and breathing functionality, and they linger over and over while disrupting a lifestyle – then please ask questions and get it checked out.

Remember – a person without breathing is a person without life itself.

I bid to all – smiles, prayers, blessings and steady breathing – Mr. William.
