While looking for ways to give my body and lungs a workout without kicking my butt, I will on occasion will post what I may call ‘Exercise Easy’ ways to get that much necessary daily workout.  Obviously this should be done in tandem with other exercises that work for you.

Something in this kind of goofy looking exercise seems to actually help my breathing while also giving my upper body some exercise without making me tired………
