What better way to share with others who share the daily battle and frustrations with COPD/Asthma than by passing on some daily words and thoughts that bring hope and renewal, because as we all know – without that horizon of hope, our daily renewal of faith and fight can dim in a hurry.

In this troubled world it’s refreshing to find
Someone who still takes the time to be kind.
Someone who’s ready by thought, word or deed
To reach out a hand in the hour of need.
THE SPIRITUAL WORD:
“He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward him for what he has done.” (Proverbs 19:17 NIV)
THE HOPE – on this day, even in our fight with any illness that may disrupt out daily routines we must still work in the time for the sick, needy, homeless, elderly and mentally disadvantaged – for if you ignore any of them, even with your own health obstacles, you will going against the spiritual focus of faith, hope, grace and love.
