GAINING STABILLITY WITH A CHRONIC ILLNESS: NUTRITION

Within these blog postings you will find my thoughts, feelings, experiences, and ideas about traveling life with the constant companion of a CHRONIC ILLNESS and/or DISABILITY.

Among the postings you will find:

SNAZ and I > TODAY – Where I chronicle my travels with Severe Asthma, Stage III COPD and a Heart Condition brought on from surviving a massive heart attack.
REFLECTIONS – Where I will discuss assorted topics regarding traveling life with a Chronic Illness and/or a Disability. Topics about subjects that one should know to help battle their own daily travels with a chronic illness and/or disability.
THE LANGUAGE OF – Where I will take a valuable word or phrase regarding a chronic illness and/or disability and discuss why it is important to understand it.
WORD OF HOPE – Where I share a meditation/devotion that hopefully will help others become more attuned to the chronic illness and/or disability they travel with and knowing that a greater power than ourselves can help us with survival.

All the postings will come from lessons I have learned, my own hopes for the future, and the continuous journal I am traveling.
