A COMMUNITY FOR THOSE WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS and/or LONG TERM CHALLENGES!!
WHAT IS STABILITY CIRCLE??
It is a COMMUNITY BEING BUILT for those who WALK and LIVE with a CHRONIC ILLNESS and/or LONG TERM CHALLENGE!!
I know, you understand what a chronic illness is, but what is considered a long-term challenge?
Our definition of a long-term challenge would be those terms like ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, and ADHD.
THIS IS STABILITY CIRCLE
Recently the website wheezingaway.com made the decision to move from just working/talking about chronic illnesses to working/talking about both chronic illnesses and those life-long challenges that many times come along with them.
Within the posts of the NEW STABILITY CIRCLE, you will find many of the thoughts, feelings, experiences, lessons learned (and still learning) that comes from traveling through life with the constant companion of a chronic illness and long-term life challenges.
This is what you will discover inside on a weekly rhythm of writes and inquiries:
REFLECTIONS
Conversations about the many realities of chronic illness and long‑term challenges.
Covering practical topics, helpful insights, and things we all need to know as we navigate our daily battles.
STABILITY CIRCLE
A weekly post that will bring together something old, something current, and something to remember.
Always grounded in gratitude — because gratitude is the attitude that helps carry the burdens away.
WORDS OF HOPE
Written in a style of meditation or devotion, WORDS OF HOPE is meant to lift the spirit with faith, grace, love, and hope.
These are words of encouragement for those walking the long road of chronic illness and long‑term challenges.
This is where we find the how of hope.
SNAZ & I for Today!!
A chronicle of my personal journey with chronic illness — severe asthma, COPD, heart issues, fatigue — and long‑term challenges like adult attention deficit disorder.
Real, relatable moments from where we have been to where we are now and willing to share one to three times a week!!
ALL POSTS
Everything shared here will come from:
- lessons I have learned, still learning and wanting to share.
- hopes I am holding so others can do the same.
- and an ongoing search for stability and hope while living with chronic illness and long‑term challenges.
YOUR STORY MATTERS
We finish with the request that you consider REACHING OUT and SHARE YOUR JOURNEY – and we mean the good, the bad, and even the ugly or hard parts.
We can all walk these roads tougher.
TOGETHER – we will find hope for tomorrow while sharing and discussing yesterday and today within our STABILITY CIRCLE!!
